Continuous Improvement Education & Resources
We are all problem solvers; whether finding an alternate route to work in the morning when your usual one is blocked by construction, figuring out the right treatment plan for a patient, fixing your child’s toy, or a complex multi department problem; problem solving is a useful skill and necessary for continuous improvement. It offers teams a structured method and thought process to work together. In this module you will be provided with job aids, tools, templates, and examples to help you be successful with Problem Solving.
